We bring our Spaceship Bridge Simulator directly to your location, making it a versatile and exciting addition to any event. Whether you're hosting a private party, a fundraiser, a business team-building meeting, or a convention, our simulation provides a unique and engaging experience for all participants. Each setup includes 24″ touch screen panels, a 6-foot projection screen for the main viewport, tables and chairs for all crew members, and a First Officer to assist your crew throughout the mission. This immersive experience is designed to be enjoyable and memorable, making it perfect for a wide range of events.
Our team handles all the logistics, ensuring a seamless setup and operation of the simulation at your chosen venue. All you need to provide is a minimum 10 x 15 foot space (larger is better) and access to electricity. We take care of everything else, from the hardware and software to the seating and special effects. This flexibility allows you to focus on your event while we deliver an unforgettable experience that will captivate and entertain your guests, making it an ideal choice for various occasions.
100% Internet Independent
One of the great advantages of Mission: Helios is that our system requires no internet access to operate. This ensures that the simulation can be set up and run smoothly in any location, regardless of internet availability. All necessary software and hardware are self-contained, allowing for a seamless and uninterrupted experience. Whether in a remote area or a location with limited connectivity, you can still enjoy the full immersive experience of Mission: Helios without any concerns about internet access.

- The Helm Flight Controller is a yoke-style flight simulator controller, providing a realistic and immersive navigation experience for the Helm officer.
- An additional data screen is placed between Helm and Weapons, providing a radar view of the area surrounding the ship, enhancing situational awareness for the crew.
- Fighter Pilots are a special add-on that allows you to equip certain ships with fighters. These stations include Flight Controllers but do not have touch screens. Each station requires an additional 5 x 5 foot space, and a maximum of 2 stations are currently available.
Setup / Tear Down
Our setup and tear down process is designed to be efficient and minimally disruptive to your event. Most of our packages require approximately 60 minutes for setup and can be packed up within 30 minutes. While we prefer an empty space to ensure a smooth setup, we can work around existing furniture if necessary. To help us plan effectively, please be prepared to share photos of your space during your booking interview. This allows our Mission Leaders to properly plan and ensure that everything is arranged for an optimal Mission: Helios experience.
Photo Notes
During your Mission: Helios experience, our team will capture photos to document the exciting moments and teamwork of your crew. These photos are taken discreetly throughout the mission to ensure an uninterrupted and immersive experience. After the mission, we will process the photos and make them available for download. Within 72 hours, you will receive a link via email to access and download your photos. If you have any questions or concerns about your photos, please contact us.
Promotional Photo Usage
Photos taken during your mission may be used in our promotional materials to showcase the exciting experiences we offer. By participating in the mission, you grant us permission to use your photos in various media, including our website, social media channels, and marketing brochures. These images help us highlight the unique and immersive nature of our simulations, attracting new participants and enhancing our community.
